If you have been unhappy with the service you have received from City Residential and would like to make a complaint please complete the below form and then press the submit button. This form will be sent to our management team who will write to acknowledge receipt of your complaint and ask for any further details we may require within 24 hours (during the working week). We will then review the nature of your complaint and respond in full within 10 working days.
