The units comprise of 6 no new build retail units located at ground level within a residential development known as Holly Court undertaken by Bellway Homes. The ground floor units are self contained and front onto Speke Road split over 3 residential blocks. Block D which is build complete and ready for immediate occupation comprises 2 no retail units set back from the roadside benefiting from a piazza area. The remaining 4 no units are due for build completion early 2008 and are located within Blocks C & E. All units benefit from security shuttering internally and are offered in a shell condition.
