Welcome to City Residential - The complete property agent, from land to living

Here at City Residential, we get very excited by property. In fact, we can’t help but think of clever ways to improve our services and make property buying, selling, letting, renting and investing even easier.

In addition to everything you’d expect to find at an estate agents, we’ve developed our range of services so that we can help you with absolutely every aspect of residential, commercial or investment property. 

We take our standards of service and customer care very seriously. We are members of ARLA, the NAEA, the estate agency’s Ombudsman scheme, which is regulated by the Office of Fair Trading, and we’re also part of the Homesale Network, so you can have complete confidence when dealing with us.

We’ve won stacks of awards from people who like the way we work, so if you’re moving house or need help with property management, surveying, mortgages, finance, investment or even furnishing, we’d be more than happy to show you how City Residential approaches things differently.

Initial mortgage advice is free. However there will be a fee for mortgage processing. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate the fee will usually be £250.
