ARLA - The Association of Residential Letting Agents is a professional body for Estate Agents associated with lettings, and offers advice and guidelines for tenants and landlords. Letting Agents such as City Residential abide by a strict code of conduct.

Appraisals - City Residential can advise you of the value and true potential of a piece of land or a building, and offer a wide range of services including market analysis, strategy reports, and planning investigations.

Bridging - For people buying and selling property within a short period of time, a traditional mortgage takes too long to arrange. The answer is a short term loan, known as bridging finance, which is specifically for property buying and selling. Bridging finance is ideal for investors buying off plan property, to sell once the build is completed.

Buy To Let - A second or additional property bought to rent out rather than live in.
