Being members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) you can rest assured that by renting through City Residential you are dealing with a professional company with the highest possible standards in the way we progress your reservation, arrange your move in, manage any maintenance during your stay and conduct the move out process. 

We offer flexible viewing hours until 7pm and at the weekend (subject to availability). New properties come on to our available property list everyday and we pride ourselves on having some of the best homes around so be sure to check our website daily when you are looking for your next home. 

How does it work?

1.Browse our properties to let or ring us on 0151 231 6100

2.Request a viewing online or with one of our Letting Advisors

3.Once you find a property you like come to our office and we will agree a let with the landlord.

4.You will be required to fill in our referencing forms where you will be required to provide details of your current landlord, your employment status and earnings. 

5.Your references will be processed. This can take three working days but can be up to 10 working days but if you prime your employment reference and landlord to respond as soon as the request is received it could be quicker. 

6.Once your references are back your move in will be scheduled. This can be a week day between 9.30am and 3.30pm. You will be required to come to the office first and then go to the property with one of our advisors, so please allow about an hour and a half.
