Agent Builds on Awards Success

Leading property agent City Residential has scooped the prestigious Best New Build Salesperson Award for the second year running, at this year’s Your Move ceremony.
New Homes Manager Lorraine Flaherty has received the accolade yet again, out-shining her peers with the number of properties she has handled and the number of customers sold to during the last year.
Irish-born Lorraine has already clocked up a staggering 179 units sold during April 2006 alone, equating to more than £28,600,000 worth of property.
A specialist in off-plan and off-plan re-sales, industry prestige was bestowed upon City Residential following one if its best quarters to date and the announcement of a new office in Manchester.
Managing Director Steve Burns says: “This award is the icing on the cake. We’ve had an amazing year with excellent sales particularly in the new homes division.
“Lorraine is a credit to her team and the agency. Winning the award for a second time proves that we are the leading light in the new build field.”
Lorraine adds: “It’s such an honour to be recognised for all the hard work and dedication. My job now is to continue to build on this and establish the same reputation in the Manchester market “
