New Development to Offer Modern Living with Historic Charm

One of the city’s oldest addresses and the historic home to Liverpool’s 18th Century aristocracy, is to be redeveloped into a stunning new apartment complex which retains some of its period Georgian features.
Situated on Shaw Street just minutes from the City Centre, the new complex, called Crompton Court, will attempt to recapture the style and elegance of the period by offering luxury one and two bedroom apartments within four restored and redesigned Georgian townhouses and a new apartment building.
The apartments will offer modern living spaces with contemporary-style fitted kitchens and integrated appliances, chic bathroom suites, a private storage area, car parking and a communal patio space.
The first phase of two-bedroom apartments is now available at City Residential priced from £114,995. The two-phase project will see the first apartments completed in Spring 2007, with the second phase due in Summer 2008.
