17 STOREY SKYSCRAPER ENTERS FINAL CHAPTER

12-06-2007

One of Liverpool’s tallest buildings, Heysmoor Heights, is now entering its final phase with the release of apartments at the tower’s highest point.

The property, which stands at 17 storeys high, is undergoing a sensitive refurbishment programme by FM Developments to convert it into a one and two-bedroom apartment complex. The scheme will be complete in early 2008.

Now the long-awaited upper floor apartments, from floors 11 to 16, have just been released, and all command impressive views (pictured). A small selection of penthouses is among the apartments on sale with Liverpool’s leading property specialist, City Residential.

Katrina Skelland of City Residential comments: “Heysmoor Heights is perfectly located for young professionals who want to live near the sought-after Sefton Park area, yet be close to the city for work and socialising.

“There has been lots of interest in this last phase of apartments, they’re the pick of the plots because they are not only affordable, but also offer buyers the chance to experience elevated living – a sought after commodity with people who want to lead the city lifestyle out of the city centre.”

Featuring 98 apartments and a luxury address on the edge of the Sefton Park conservation area, Heysmoor Heights has proved an extremely affordable option for first time buyers and couples. Prices currently start from £120,999 on the upper floor apartments, with incentives available on selected plots. Meanwhile other apartments are on release elsewhere in the building, from only £113,999.
