Budding home buyers are invited to explore the ‘top of the tower’ at the spectacular 17-storey Heysmoor Heights development on Greenheys Road this week.
Property developer, FM Developments, has undertaken a sensitive refurbishment programme to covert the tower into a stylish one and two-bedroom apartment complex, and the transformation is now almost complete.
On Thursday (July 26th) between 5.30pm and 7.30pm, the developer and property specialist, City Residential are jointly hosting a special one-off open evening at the nearby Solna Hotel, off Sefton Park, with trips to the very top of the tower being provided.

Heysmoor Heights will be build complete in 2008, and the final phase is now on release, which includes the apartments at the pinnacle of the building and a selection of penthouses.
Featuring 98 apartments and a luxury address on the edge of the Sefton Park conservation area, Heysmoor Heights has proved an extremely affordable option for first time buyers and couples.
Prices currently start from £120,999 on the upper floor apartments, with incentives available on selected plots. Meanwhile other apartments are on release elsewhere in the building, from only £113,999.
