Quick off the blocks in 2012!

Firstly a Happy New Year to all of our clients, friends and colleagues. Rather than hoping 2012 is a better year than 2011 we have decided not to be too greedy and just hope that it is at least no worse!!

Although we are only a week into 2012 the team at City Res have had a fantastic start to the year with strong sales interest (makes a change these days!), good lettings take up together with a new asset management development and developer sale instruction.

Whilst the gloom is no doubt set to continue in the property sector for the foreseeable future there is at least some decent activity which bodes well for the rest of the year.
