Our sales department pushed viewings to a new level this week. Our sales consultant Curtis Hardy carried out his first viewing via Skype!
Curtis commented “my clients were very interested in a particular apartment we have for sale, they were extremely worried they may miss out as they were unable to travel to the UK. We therefore arranged for the initial viewing to take place via Skype; the clients agreed this was a good idea. I booked and carried out the viewing appointment as I would normally. My clients said that despite seeing the photographs this gave them a much better insight into the apartment. Fingers crossed they’ll make an offer very soon!”
We asked Curtis if this was The Future, he said “Although this worked well and the clients were happy, I don’t think this is something that I’d like to do all the time as I would miss the customer facing contact, we are after all sales people and thrive from the interaction with our customers”
